The Volata 2Vi® Carbon Mips is completely reengineered using only the best materials, technologies, and production methods available – including the new revolutionary 2Vi® Technology Platform developed by Sweet Protection. Especially designed for speed events (GS, SG and DH) with extra front and rear in-molded gate shields to protect the helmet from gate impacts. Unique for this helmet is the new carbon shell, which is even stronger than the previous generation - in a sleek and modern style. Each carbon shell is laid up by hand and molded to perfection. The liner is perfectly tuned to the shell and a new 2-layer Mips system is added for a far more comfortable feel. Additional features are emergency removal earpads and two-piece ear ports for excellent hearing.
