Shipping is free if your order is over $99.99 before tax. If your order is less than we charge a flat rate of $20.

Your order will take between 2-7 business days to reach you depending on where you are located.

You have 7 days from the day of delivery to be eligible for a full refund. The item must be sent back to Squire John's and inspected. If you would like a store credit you have 30 days from day of delivery to request a refund.

The return is at the expense of the customer.

The item must be shipped back in new and unused condition to be eligible for a full refund. Anything less will not be accepted.

Pick Up In-Store

We will hold your purchase for 10 days. Once 10 days have passed and the order has not been picked up your credit card will be refunded.

At the moment we do not offer order online pick up in store with our ski club locations.

Please come to the main store off of Highway 26 to pick up your orders.

Orders are processed within 72 hours. Pickup details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Depending on what information you entered on check out we will send you either an email, SMS text message or both letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.


You have 30 days from the date your order was placed to return it for an exchange or store credit.

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a full refund.

Unworn, no stains, tag on & proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, swimwear, undergarments, or products that are worn or damaged.

Special/Custom Orders

We can do customer request. It will all depend on the brand. It will typically take 7-10 business days. We cannot guarantee that the brand has extra stock but we will try our best. Please email or call (705) 445-1130 to see about a custom order.
